端正視聽完畢後,這回要說說我在亞馬遜(Amazon)網站的第一次購物經驗,由於在我下單後,我發現他們把我的coupon漏算入結帳金額,於是我被多扣了一些款,充滿疑惑地寫信過去抱怨,沒多久他們就非常抱歉地回了這封信給我,並退回我的款項,嗯....不愧是個全球第一把交椅的購物網站,服務還真的是一把罩的。
其實很多時候購物是靠感覺的,像我之前在加拿大的網站(DVDIMPORT)買了『記憶拼圖』的DVD,很令人髮指的是我居然收到一張拆過封的產品,可惡至極,寫信去抗議,往返幾次後也無聲無息了,一氣之下,才來Amazon試試的,雖然價位是比一般高了點,但追求這樣的服務品質,對消費者而言還是比較安心的啊!
附上Amazon的回信,你可以瞧瞧他們回覆的內容:
